Management - Construction Process
We work diligently and cooperatively with proven contractors on construction management assignments to complete the following specific responsibilities:
PRE-CONSTRUCTION
1
Pre-Construction: We bring together all parties involved in a new project to review all reporting systems and procedures, assess current working drawings, site and building conditions, and engineering studies, and submit the owner's budget estimates, cost control recommendations, and a detailed project schedule.
We offer value engineering, which entails suggesting ways to improve efficiency. Following that, we prepare for sub-trade tendering and a technical and cost review (TCR), as well as distribute a sub-trade prequalification list and an outbound tender package.
TIMELINE
3
One of our key assets has always been our cutting-edge design. It sets BSI apart from our competition and offers value to all of our clients' projects. Our designs are attractive, functional, and cost-effective, contributing to our clients' new location's favorable image and productivity. Our talented designers, architects, and engineers are always pushing the boundaries, looking for new and better ways to meet our clients' needs.
PROCEDURES
2
Our ability to manage cost, schedule, and quality of workmanship utilizing top-notch systems and procedures has contributed to our success as a contractor. Our project management team is made up mostly of seasoned professional engineers that are armed with MCP proprietary software. We combine the cost accounting and job reporting elements of MCP with Microsoft Project to create a comprehensive solution that rigorously evaluates project success. Open book operations and client access are both possible with our software.
By systemizing all Change Orders and Purchase Orders that need authorization procedures, tracking, and accountability, we manage documentation and keep costs under control. Quality control standards are maintained on site, and they are enforced by periodic reviews, inspection reports, sub-trade notification, and deficiency follow-up. We also make LEED Certification a system.
